- •Vitals (including O2 sat) + UOP.
- •Worsening PreX / HELLP sx: headache, vision changes, N/V, RUQ pain.
- •Mag toxicity sx: somnolence, SOB / pulm edema, chest pain, RUQ pain.
- •Loss of DTRs — reflexes are first to go. Preeclamptic patients are baseline hyper-reflexic.
