- •Put template in patient chart as progress note under surgery encounter.
- •Put in orders, VTE (moderate risk = always heparin, not SCDs only).
- •Document PASS.
- •List to-dos for things that need to be done for pre-op (consent needed, medical clearance, etc.).
- •Rossi: all patients get pyridum.
Pre-op assignments:
- •Junior Fellow — Mon/Tue; Rossi (Wed). Usually PGY-3.
- •Senior Fellow — Thu/Fri; Hav (Wed). Usually PGY-4.
