Precharting is attending-dependent:
- •Dr. Kerner → prep clinic note only.
- •Dr. Huchko → prep clinic AND procedure note.
- •Dr. Muasher → no prep, she does all the notes! (You still follow up on results.)

- •Use yellow sticky notes in EPIC with plan discussed with attending based on results.
