#Vaginal bleeding, known placenta previa
- Last U/S demonstrating previa ***
- Labs ordered, including T&S, CBC, Coagulation screen; blood type is ***
- Two large bore IVs***
- SSE on admission without sign of active bleeding
- Consented on admission for cesarean delivery, including possible classical*** delivery; risks reviewed including bleeding, infection, damage to surrounding organs and structures, need for further surgery including hysterectomy, injury to baby, possible need for transfusion, medical complications, and anesthesia complications.Patient does not conscientiously object to blood transfusion***

- FWB: fetal tracing suggests adequate fetal oxygen status***
- 12mg Betamethasone IM q24h x 2 doses for pulmonary advancement***
- NICU consult placed***
- 50mg Indocin PO loading dose, followed by 25mg q6h for tocolysis***
- 30mg Procardia loading dose, followed by 10mg q6h for tocolysis***
