-Counseled on induction methods; given SVE, *** used to start induction
-PROM induction should be oxytocin
-Reminders: Foley <6 hours***, early amniotomy, high dose oxytocin for obese patients, vaginal miso 25 mcg q4h or 50 mcg q6h, buccal miso 50 mcg q4hr
-Misoprostol 50 mcg buccal every 4 hours prn; misoprostol 25 mcg vaginal q4 hours (up to 6 doses); no miso in FGR <5%
-PROM: induce with oxytocin (no balloon; induce within 6 hours)
-GBS ***; penicillin ordered ***(Penicillin term at DUH Penicillin G potassium in 5% dextrose 2.5 MU/100 mL 2.5 at 200 mL hr for two doses followed by 2.5 million units at 200 ml/hr every 4 hours; Ampicillin preterm at DUH and everyone at DRH 2g at 200 mL/hr for one dose followed by 1 g at 200 mL/hour every four hours)
