#Endometritis: Temp: ***, WBC: ***, uterine tenderness***
- clindamycin 900mg q8h***
- gentamicin 1.5 mg/kg q8h***
- continue until patient has been afebrile for 24-48 hrs
- If patient does not respond to initial abx tx, consider adding ampicillin (2gm IV q6h) for enterococcus coverage

DDx: mastitis, pyelonephritis, surgical site infection, URI
