***NST and AFI were normal.  The patient was reassured that her fetus demonstrates no evidence of distress.  She was encouraged to follow up with her primary OB and return to triage if her symptoms change or worsen.

***Given non-reassuring FHRT, further fetal and maternal monitoring (including BPP) is required until reason for FHRT is determined or patient delivers.

***AFI was noted to be < 5, consistent with oligohydramnios.  An examination was performed to rule out ROM.
